The New Look of Today's Volunteer

People are no longer volunteering like they used to, but many leaders are still building their volunteer teams the same way. If you're using yesterday's methods to serve your current team, there's a good chance you're feeling frustrated about a lack of engagement and effectiveness. The good news is that volunteerism is actually increasing; it's simply a matter of resourcing your team differently.

Join MinistryLift for a webinar with Tiesha Schmuland who brings nearly 30 years of experience of working with and leading volunteer teams. She'll teach on:

  • How to find volunteers in different places
  • How to adjust your team-building approach
  • How to lead with courage instead of fear
  • How to develop a more effective team-building process

This webinar is scheduled for 1:00 (PST) on Wednesday, February 15 and will last for one-hour. Tiesha's presentation will be followed by a live Q/A session.

Current MinistryLift members can register free of charge (click here to send an email with a request for the promo code) and non-members can register for $10.
